A 2006 anime series, mainly about ghosts. Specifically, the show
concerns a teenager accidentally recruited into a military order of
shinigami, Grim Reaper-like figures based in the "Soul Society" (i.e.

The flag of the
Seireitei, the walled-city HQ of the order, appears in ep. 118 of the
series, and is white and vertical with a black-outline rhombus, with
its corners blacked in -- identical to the badges of the thirteen
squads of the order, but without an ordinal number inside the rhombus.
